Welcome to WanderPlan. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

WanderPlan 앱을 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 본 이용약관은 회사가 제공하는 서비스의 이용 조건을 규정합니다.

1. Acceptance of Terms (약관의 동의)

By creating an account or using WanderPlan, you confirm that you are at least 14 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service (서비스 설명)

WanderPlan provides:

• Travel itinerary creation, management, and sharing
• Destination discovery with weather, safety, and pricing information
• Flight and hotel search integration
• Collaborative travel planning with shared projects
• Personal travel profile and preference management
• AI-assisted features, including Scan Receipt (receipt OCR and form auto-fill) and AI itinerary generation
• Credits — an in-app virtual currency, purchasable via the Apple App Store, that certain paid features consume

The App may integrate with third-party services whose availability and accuracy we do not guarantee.

Certain features (for example, Scan Receipt) consume credits each time they are used. Credits are sold as consumable in-app purchases processed by the Apple App Store under Apple's payment terms; we do not collect or store your payment-card details. Credits — including any promotional credits granted to you — have no cash value, are non-transferable, and once consumed are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change how many credits a feature costs, the contents of credit packs, or promotional grants at any time.

일부 기능(예: 영수증 스캔)은 사용할 때마다 크레딧을 소모합니다. 크레딧은 Apple App Store를 통한 소모성 인앱 구매로 판매되며 결제는 Apple의 결제 약관에 따릅니다. 회사는 이용자의 결제 카드 정보를 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 크레딧(무상 제공된 프로모션 크레딧 포함)은 현금 가치가 없고 양도할 수 없으며, 한 번 소모된 크레딧은 관련 법령이 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 환불되지 않습니다. 회사는 기능별 크레딧 소모량, 크레딧 팩 구성, 프로모션 제공 정책을 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.

3. User Accounts (사용자 계정)

To access certain features, you must create an account. WanderPlan supports the following sign-in methods, all routed through Supabase Auth:

• Email and password
• "Continue with Google" (Google Sign-In)
• "Sign in with Apple" (Apple Sign-In, including the "Hide My Email" private relay option)

When you sign in with Google or Apple, you authorize us to receive the limited profile information described in our Privacy Policy and to use it to create or sign into your WanderPlan account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials at the underlying provider (Google account, Apple ID, or your WanderPlan password) and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

이용자는 이메일/비밀번호, Google 로그인, Apple 로그인 중 한 가지 방법으로 계정을 생성할 수 있으며, 본인의 계정 정보(Google 계정, Apple ID, WanderPlan 비밀번호 등)를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다. 계정을 타인에게 양도하거나 대여할 수 없습니다.

4. User Content (이용자 콘텐츠)

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload in the App, including itineraries, notes, and images such as scanned receipts. You represent that you have the right to upload any receipt or image you submit. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process — including transmitting it to our AI service provider for optical character recognition and data extraction — and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

이용자는 앱에서 생성하거나 업로드한 콘텐츠(여행 일정, 메모, 영수증 등 이미지 포함)에 대한 소유권을 보유합니다. 이용자는 제출하는 영수증·이미지에 대한 적법한 권리가 있음을 보증합니다. 회사는 콘텐츠의 소유권을 주장하지 않으며, 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 콘텐츠를 저장·처리(문자 인식 및 데이터 추출을 위한 AI 처리 제공업체로의 전송 포함)·표시하기 위한 제한적 라이선스를 부여받습니다.

5. Acceptable Use (이용 수칙)

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or security
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through collaborative features

6. Intellectual Property (지적재산권)

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by WanderPlan and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services (제3자 서비스)

The App integrates with third-party services for weather data, flight search, hotel search, maps, authentication, AI processing (Anthropic), and in-app purchases (Apple App Store) — including Supabase Auth, Google Sign-In (governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) and "Sign in with Apple" (governed by Apple's Terms and the Sign in with Apple terms). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers (면책 조항)

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that travel information (prices, weather, safety ratings) is accurate or up-to-date. Travel decisions should be verified independently. AI-assisted features (including Scan Receipt OCR and AI itinerary generation) produce automated results that may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted or generated information — such as amounts, merchants, dates, and categories — before relying on it.

회사는 앱을 통해 제공되는 여행 정보의 정확성을 보장하지 않으며, 해당 정보에 기반한 결정으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 또한 AI 기반 기능(영수증 스캔 OCR, AI 일정 생성 등)이 산출하는 결과는 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있으므로, 이용자는 추출·생성된 정보(금액, 상호, 일시, 분류 등)를 신뢰하기 전에 직접 확인·수정할 책임이 있습니다.

9. Limitation of Liability (책임 제한)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanderPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Account Termination (계정 해지)

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms (약관 변경)

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

12. Governing Law (준거법)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 서울 소재 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
